ECLIPSION.NET User Agreement

This Agreement governs the relationship between the ECLIPSION.NET Administration and the User of the ECLIPSION.NET website and the Lineage II game server. Please read it carefully before registering and playing.

1. Terms

  • Administration (Operator) - the ECLIPSION.NET team that runs the website, the game server and the project services.
  • User (Player) - a person who visits the website, registers an account or plays on the server.
  • Website - ECLIPSION.NET, including the personal account, wiki, shop and the project forum.
  • Server - the ECLIPSION.NET Lineage II game server and related software (client, patch, launcher, anticheat).
  • Account - the User's account on the Website and in the game.
  • Paid Services - optional extra features for a fee: balance top-ups, Donate Coin, donate packs, Premium and other shop offers.
  • Virtual Items - in-game currency, items, statuses and any other objects inside the game.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration provides access to the Website and the Server free of charge and, at the User's request, Paid Services under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The project is made for leisure and entertainment. It is not gambling, and Virtual Items have no monetary value and are not exchanged for real money through the Administration.

3. Acceptance

3.1. By registering an account or starting to play, the User fully and unconditionally accepts this Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

3.2. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Website and the Server.

3.3. The User confirms they are entitled to enter into this Agreement. Users under 18 use the project with the consent of their legal guardians.

4. User rights and obligations

4.1. The User may:

  • use the Website and the Server for personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • purchase Paid Services at their own discretion;
  • contact support: Telegram @Eclipsion52 or a ticket in the personal account.

4.2. The User must:

  • provide accurate data at registration, above all a valid e-mail;
  • keep their login and password safe and not give access to the account to third parties;
  • play only with the client or patch downloaded from the Website and not interfere with the anticheat;
  • follow the project rules and the lawful instructions of the Administration.

4.3. The User must not:

  • use bots, clickers, macros outside the game client, modification software, or bypass or disable Active AntiCheat;
  • exploit bugs of the game or the Website, or hide them from the Administration;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases or servers of the project, carry out DDoS attacks or other malicious actions;
  • commit fraud, impersonate the Administration or spread false information about the project;
  • insult players or the Administration, use obscene language, threats or incite hatred;
  • advertise other projects or third-party resources without the Administration's permission.

4.4. Real-money deals between players (selling accounts, characters, Virtual Items) are made at their own risk. The Administration does not take part in them and does not restore lost property.

4.5. For violations the Administration may issue a warning, restrict chat, remove Virtual Items obtained dishonestly, and temporarily or permanently block the account and the device.

5. Administration rights and obligations

5.1. The Administration may:

  • change, add or discontinue any features of the Website and the Server, game balance, rates, and the content and prices of Paid Services without prior notice;
  • carry out maintenance, restarts and wipes, announcing them in advance whenever possible;
  • apply measures against violators, including without disclosing technical details of detection;
  • collect and store technical and statistical data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
  • send the User service and informational messages about the project.

5.2. The Administration undertakes to:

  • provide access to the Server and to purchased Paid Services;
  • respond to User requests and resolve disputes;
  • protect Users' personal data.

5.3. If the Administration does not act on a violation, it keeps the right to apply measures later.

6. Paid Services

6.1. Paid Services are not required to play and are purchased only at the User's wish.

6.2. The current list and prices are published only on the Website and in the game. Offers to buy Donate Coin or items "from the Administration" on third-party resources are fraud.

6.3. A Paid Service is considered fully rendered when Donate Coin is credited to the account balance or the purchase is delivered to the character.

6.4. Refunds are possible only in the cases described in the Refund Policy.

6.5. Fees of payment systems and banks are paid by the User. The Administration is not responsible for the work of third-party payment systems.

6.6. If a service was provided without payment or with incomplete payment due to a failure, the User must report it to the Administration. Anything received this way may be removed.

6.7. Users under 18 make purchases only with the consent of their legal guardians. A purchase confirms such consent.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Website and the Server are provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that they will meet the User's expectations.

7.2. The Administration is not responsible for:

  • loss of access to the account through the User's fault (sharing the password, hacked e-mail, malware);
  • actions of other players and third parties;
  • the quality of the User's internet connection and the operation of their computer;
  • indirect damages and lost profits related to using the project.

7.3. Spending a long time at the computer may harm your health. The User looks after their own well-being and time in the game.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The Administration may change this Agreement. A new version takes effect once published on the Website. By continuing to use the project, the User accepts the changes.

8.2. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.

8.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation with support: Telegram @Eclipsion52, a ticket in the personal account. Project news and announcements - in the group t.me/Eclipsion_net.
