Privacy Policy — Eclipsion.net

This Policy explains what data we receive when you use ECLIPSION.NET and play on the ECLIPSION.NET server, why we need it and how we protect it. The Policy is part of the User Agreement.

1. What data we receive

Account data: login, e-mail address, password (stored only in encrypted form), character names.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language, visit times, cookies.
Anticheat data: the hardware identifier of the device (HWID) and information about client files. They are needed to protect the game from cheats and to block violators.
Game data: in-game actions, chat, purchases and balance history.
Payment data: amount, date, transaction number and payment method. Card details are entered on the payment system side; we do not receive or store them.
Support requests: correspondence in tickets and Telegram.

2. Why we use it

to create and maintain your account and restore access to it;
to credit purchases and deliver them to your character;
to protect the game and accounts from hacking, cheats, fraud and attacks;
to answer requests and resolve disputes;
to send service e-mails: e-mail confirmation, password recovery, important project news;
to improve the website and the game using anonymized statistics.

3. Who may receive the data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Data may be processed only by:

payment systems - to process payments;
hosting and website protection services (for example Cloudflare and "I am not a robot" checks) that technically process requests to the website;
government authorities - only upon a lawful request.

4. Cookies

The website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and settings, and protect forms from forged requests. If you disable cookies in your browser, signing in to the personal account may not work.

5. Storage and protection

Data is kept while your account exists and as long as needed for security, dispute resolution and payment records. Passwords are stored only as a hash, and only the Administration has access to the databases. No system is completely secure, so use a unique password and never share it - the Administration never asks for your password.

6. Your rights

You can find out what data about you is stored, correct it, and ask us to delete your account. Deletion means losing characters and Virtual Items without compensation. Data about payments and violations may be kept as long as needed for security and record keeping.

7. Children

If you are under 18, use the project and make purchases only with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.

8. Changes and contacts

We may update this Policy. A new version takes effect once published on the website. For data questions, write to Telegram @Eclipsion52 or create a ticket in your personal account.
